This is the exact electrical infrastructure currently powering the trailer. The system is designed around split-load safety, heat reduction, and source priority switching.
Primary Power Bank: 3x 12V LiFePO4 batteries configured with a 100A BMS system.
Catastrophic Protection: A 200A main fuse sits directly on the positive line straight out of the battery bank to protect the main infrastructure wires.
Master Disconnect: A 150A thermal-magnetic breaker serves as the main manual system switch before the power reaches the distribution tier.
The Core Junction: Power flows directly into the 250A Power Bus Bars (The Holy Grail of the setup).
Parallel Inverter Delivery: To safely handle heavy loads without melting lines, twin parallel wire runs split out from the bus bars—each protected by an individual 150A breaker—feeding the main inverter.
AC Delivery: A BELTTT 2000W Pure Sine Inverter handles the heavy-hitting appliance demands.
Note: There are no roof-mounted arrays on this trailer. The entire system uses high-mobility, portable ground setups laid out to maximize sun angles.
A key feature of this build is a 1-2-Both-Off Marine Selector Switch used to manage how the EcoFlow Delta 2 is charged. Instead of switching appliances, this switch allows the portable power station to safely pull high-speed charging from two completely different power sources:
Position 1 (Battery-to-Battery Mode): Links the EcoFlow directly to the trailer’s main 12V LiFePO4 house battery bank via the 250A bus bars. This allows the massive house bank to "bulk charge" the EcoFlow even when there is zero sun outside.
Position 2 (Direct Solar Mode): Routes a dedicated 220W 40V portable folding solar panel array directly through a 10AWG XT60i connector straight into the EcoFlow's MPPT controller, fully utilizing its high-voltage charging capability.
The Core Grid: Meanwhile, the heavy-hitting 740W and 300W ground arrays remain dedicated strictly to the trailer’s internal charge controllers (the PowMr and Renogy Rover) to keep the house bank completely topped off.
