• Potential termite or other infestations

• Broken parts of the building and property outside of a unit

• Intra-unit repair disputes

• Submitting an expense for reimbursement 

• Questions or concerns

Need service right now? 

Lessee residents should follow the contractual requirements of their lease.  It is preferable for any service call to be made by the owner of the unit. 

Owners, below is a list of preferred vendors.  For most time-sensitive issues the owner should call one of the vendors below based on the issue type. If the service provider finds that the issue stems from a community-originated issue, then the owner should submit their payment to the board for repayment. (See section 1.1 of the CC&Rs for the definition of common areas and community versus unit responsibility)
