Welcome to the 2025/2026 Ridge Park Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization!
Our Organization is headed by an elected board, and made up of our fantastic teachers, principal, Ms. Carr, vice principal, Mr. Caruso, and - most importantly - YOU!! The PTO hosts several events and fundraisers throughout the year with the support of our families - both financially with their dues as well as numerous opportunities to volunteer your time and talents throughout the year. Every dollar raised is used to directly benefit the children of our little school!
The PTO typically meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7 pm, with the option to attend both in person (in the Ridge Park library) or via Zoom. Our teacher liaisons keep us updated on what is needed on their end and Ms. Carr and Mr. Caruso keeps us posted on all of the other goings-on at Ridge Park. Whether you are on a committee or just an interested parent, all are welcome to come to keep on top of upcoming events. Our meetings are informal and friendly; we hope you will join us!
By signing up for the PTO, you will also be added to an email distribution list so that you don't miss any of the important updates sent out throughout the year. We welcome - and encourage - all to be involved however you're able. Our goal is to make each school year special and memorable for the children, and none of this would be possible without the support of our amazing families!!

With your donation of only $5 or more per honoree, we'll deliver personalized certificates to your favorite teachers and other staff members that recognize "it takes a big heart to shape young minds."
Donations raised by the Feel the Love promotion will go right back into Colonial classrooms through the Foundation’s Teacher Grant program. Some recent Teacher Grants include:
All Kids Bike program at Plymouth Elementary School for balance bikes that convert to pedal bikes
New 3-D Printers for the Colonial Middle School and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School libraries
Autism Awareness books for Ridge Park Elementary School for school-wide projects
Rock wall at Colonial Elementary School for fourth and fifth grade gym classes
This year, the Foundation is excited to be partnering with the students in the Life Skills Classes at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and Colonial Middle School, plus the student ambassadors at Colonial Elementary School, to help personalize and deliver the certificates.
