The Federal Council is the executive body and collective head of state of the Sovereign State of Ridgeland.

While the entire Federal Council is responsible for leading the federal administration of Ridgeland, each Governor heads one of the three cantons, while the President and Vice President head the entire nation, albeit with limited power compared to the Governor. The currently incumbent President is Forest Ferrell.
