Introduction

RideXpense ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy.

RideXpense is designed as an offline-first expense and income tracking application for ride-hailing drivers.

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

Unlike many financial applications, RideXpense does not operate servers or cloud databases.

Your financial information remains under your control.

Information Stored

RideXpense may locally store:

• Profile Name

• Profile Photo

• Vehicle Type

• Ride Platform

• Income Entries

• Expense Entries

• Notes

• Generated Reports

• App Preferences

• Notification Preferences

All information is stored only on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

RideXpense does not collect:

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Device Location

• Contacts

• Messages

• Camera Data

• Banking Credentials

• Passwords

• Payment Information

We do not operate any servers.

No information is uploaded to the internet.

Data Storage

RideXpense stores data locally using secure device storage.

We do not have access to your information.

We cannot view, modify, recover or delete your data remotely.

Internet Usage

RideXpense functions completely offline.

The application does not transmit your financial information to any external server.

No analytics services are used.

No advertising SDKs are integrated.

No tracking technologies are included.

Permissions

RideXpense may request the following permissions:

Notifications

Used only to schedule local reminder notifications.

Notifications are generated on your own device.

No notification data is sent to external servers.

Photos and Media

Used only when you choose to:

• Select a profile picture

• Save generated JPG reports

• Save generated PDF reports

RideXpense never scans your photo gallery.

Report Sharing

RideXpense allows users to export reports as PDF or JPG.

Sharing is completely optional.

Reports are shared only when the user explicitly chooses to use Android's native Share feature.

RideXpense never automatically uploads reports.

Data Security

Because RideXpense stores information locally:

• No cloud databases exist.

• No third-party servers store your information.

• No employee can access your data.

You remain the sole owner of your information.

Data Deletion

You may permanently remove your data at any time by:

• Using the Reset All Data option inside RideXpense.

• Clearing the application's storage from Android Settings.

• Uninstalling the application.

Once deleted, the information cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

RideXpense is intended for users aged 13 years and older.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as new features become available.

Updated versions will always be published on this page.
