RideTunes ("the App") is developed by KozakInc. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses and how.

Information We Use

Location / Speed Data RideTunes uses your device's GPS to determine your current speed while the App is running. This location data is used solely to automatically adjust your device's media volume based on speed. It is processed entirely on your device, in real time, and is never transmitted off your device, stored on any server, or shared with any third party.

No Account Required RideTunes does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifying information.

No Analytics or Advertising RideTunes does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not sell or share any data with advertisers.

App Settings Preferences you configure in the App (such as volume curves, presets, and units) are stored locally on your device only.

Permissions

RideTunes requests the following device permissions:

• Location (GPS): required to determine your speed and adjust volume accordingly.

• Foreground Service: required to continue monitoring speed and adjusting volume while the App runs in the background (e.g., with your screen off).

Data Sharing

RideTunes does not share any data with third parties, because RideTunes does not collect or transmit any data off of your device.

Children's Privacy

RideTunes does not knowingly collect information from children. The App is intended for general use by drivers, riders, and vehicle operators.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
