How to Add a New Ride
Steps
1. In the main calendar, tap on the desired day.
2. On the ride selection screen:
• Choose the time of day (morning/afternoon).
• Tap on the driver’s name.
• Tap on the names of all passengers who joined the ride.
• Confirm by pressing the “Done” button.
Tips
• The driver cannot also be a passenger.
• You can select multiple passengers at once.
• Weekends are highlighted in orange for better orientation.
• The current day is marked with a blue circle.
Troubleshooting
• If a person is not visible in the list, check if they have been added in Settings.
• If you cannot select a passenger, make sure they are not set as the driver.
How to Use the Monthly Summary
Viewing the Summary
1. In the main calendar, switch to monthly view (if not already active).
2. Below the calendar, find the monthly summary section.
3. For each person, you will see:
• Their total balance (how much they owe or how much others owe them).
• A list of specific debts to other people.
Navigation
• Swipe left/right to switch between months.
• Tap “Today” to return to the current month.
• Tap on a specific person to view the details of their rides.
Color Explanation
• Positive numbers (green) = others owe this person.
• Negative numbers (red) = the person owes others.
• Person colors correspond to the colors set in their profiles.
Exporting the Summary to PDF
Creating a PDF Summary
1. In the monthly summary, tap the share icon.
2. The system generates a PDF document containing:
• An overview of all rides in the selected month.
• A list of all participants and their balances.
• A detailed breakdown of debts between individuals.
Sharing Options
After generating the PDF, you can:
• Save the file to your device.
• Share it via AirDrop.
• Send it by email.
• Share it through other apps.
PDF Content
• Header with the month and year.
• A table of all rides.
• A section with total amounts.
• A detailed breakdown of debts.
• Color-coded participants for better clarity.
Managing Participants
Adding a New Person
1. Open Settings (gear icon).
2. In the “Manage People” section, tap “+”.
3. Enter the person’s name.
4. Select their personal color using the color picker.
5. Confirm the addition.
Editing a Person
1. In Settings, find the person in the list.
2. Tap on their name.
3. You can change:
• Name.
• Color (using the color picker).
Deleting a Person
1. Swipe left on the person’s name in the list.
2. Tap the “Delete” button.
Important Notes
• Deleting a person does not affect the ride history.
• A person’s color is reflected in all parts of the app.
• Each person must have a unique name.
Changing Currency and Fare
Setting the Currency
1. Open Settings.
2. In the “Currency” section, choose one of the options:
• EUR (Euro).
• CZK (Czech Koruna).
• USD (US Dollar).
Setting the Fare
1. In Settings, find the “Fare Amount” section.
2. Enter the amount for a single ride.
3. The amount will be automatically applied to all new rides.
What Happens When You Change the Currency
• All existing records will be converted to the new currency.
• The conversion is done automatically.
• Ride history remains unchanged.
Tips
• You can change the currency at any time.
• The fare amount can be a decimal number.
• The change is applied immediately across the entire app.
