RideSewa ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by RideSewa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.Â
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use RideSewa Rider.
2. Information We Collect
- Location: Foreground precise and approximate GPS coordinates to identify your pickup point, display nearby drivers, calculate routes, and track your ride.
- Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number, and optional profile picture.
- Emergency Contacts: Names and phone numbers of contacts for in-app safety/SOS.
- Transactions: Selected payment method (Cash, eSewa, Khalti), ride fares, and transaction receipts. (We never store banking PINs or credit card numbers).
- Device Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, and crash reports.

- Google Maps Platform (Mapping & Geocoding)
- Firebase & Google Sign-In (Authentication)
- eSewa / Khalti (Payment gateways)
4. Account & Data Deletion
Users can request account and personal data deletion via:
