How do I schedule a mobile detailing appointment?
- Simply contact us through our website or give us a text/call to schedule your appointment. We’ll find a time that works best for you and confirm your service details.
Do I need to be present during the detailing?
- While it's not necessary to be present, we do recommend being available if possible to answer any questions or provide access to your vehicle. If you’re unable to be there, we can make arrangements to access your vehicle.
How long does a mobile detailing service take?
- The time required depends on the level of detailing you’ve requested. On average, a standard detailing can take between 3-8+ hours, but we will give you an estimated time when you book your appointment.
What do you need from me to perform the service?
- All we need is easy access to your vehicle or vessel and a power source (if applicable). If you have any specific requests, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to accommodate!
Can you detail my vehicle in the winter or during bad weather?
- Yes, we offer mobile detailing services year-round, including in the winter. However, during colder months, accommodations need to be made to ensure proper service. Since certain detailing products are liquid-based and may freeze in extremely low temperatures, we require access to an indoor space or heated area to safely perform the service. If an indoor location isn't available, we may need to reschedule the appointment to a time when temperatures are more favorable for detailing. Please let us know if you're planning a winter service so we can ensure we have the right conditions to provide the best results!
What products do you use for mobile detailing?
- We use premium, eco-friendly products designed to provide the best care for your vehicle. Our detailing solutions are safe for both your vehicle and the environment.
Do I need to prepare my vehicle before you arrive?
- It’s helpful if your vehicle is clear of any large items (such as personal belongings) so we can easily access all surfaces. However, we’re happy to take care of the rest for you!
How do I pay for mobile detailing services?
- Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or cash upon completion of the service.
Is mobile detailing more expensive than bringing my vehicle to a shop?
- Our mobile service provides the same high-quality detailing you’d receive at a shop, with the added convenience of us coming to you. Pricing varies based on the service type, but we offer competitive rates for the convenience of mobile service.
