Welcome to Fasto Nepal Pvt. Ltd.! By downloading, installing, or using the Fasto Rider Application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Fasto Nepal Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates a quick commerce platform that connects delivery riders ("Riders" or "you") with customers for fast grocery and product deliveries.
You will receive delivery requests, navigate to stores for pickup, and deliver orders to customers within the estimated time.
The App may display real-time order details, customer locations, and delivery routes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Nepal.
You must provide accurate personal and vehicle/delivery-related information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify us of any unauthorized access.
Follow all traffic and safety laws while delivering orders.
Ensure orders are delivered intact and on time.
Treat customers, store staff, and company personnel respectfully.
Report accidents, delays, or issues immediately via the App or customer support.
Background Location Access:
The App requests ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION only when you are actively on a delivery and the App is in Picture-in-Picture (PIP) or background mode.
This is essential for live order tracking by customers.
We provide an in-app disclosure explaining why background location is needed and request explicit consent before enabling it.
Full-Screen Intent Permission:
The USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission is used only to notify Riders of urgent delivery requests when the device is locked or idle.
This ensures timely order acceptance, critical for real-time operations.
The permission is not used for any unrelated purpose and complies with Google Play’s policies.
Earnings are based on completed deliveries, incentives, and bonuses (if applicable).
Payments will be processed as per the agreed schedule (weekly/bi-weekly).
Fasto may deduct penalties for order cancellations, violations, or fraudulent activity.
You may accept or reject delivery requests based on availability.
Excessive cancellations after acceptance may impact your account standing.
Fasto reserves the right to reassign orders at its discretion.
The App, logos, and content are owned by Fasto Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Fasto is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during deliveries.
You agree to indemnify Fasto against claims arising from your use of the App or violations of these Terms.
Fasto may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, or misconduct.
You may deactivate your account by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by Nepalese law.
Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Nepal.
Fasto may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
