RIDE N PLAY ("we", "our", or "us") provides a hands-free dashboard application designed for motorcycle riders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe user experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and which third-party services we use.
To provide core functionality, RIDE N PLAY requires several sensitive permissions. We process all data locally on your device and do not upload your personal information to our own external servers.
Location Access: Used to display your real-time speed, navigate via maps, and provide local weather updates.
Contacts and Phone: Used to enable the "Gargi" voice assistant to find contacts and make calls hands-free while you are riding. We do not store or share your contact list.
Microphone: Used for voice commands and wake-word detection. Audio is processed instantly for command recognition and is not recorded for storage or transmission.
Storage and Media: Used to access and play local music files stored on your device's library.
Screen Recording: Used only when the user explicitly triggers the "Ride Recording" feature to save a video of their dashboard journey to the device gallery.
Our app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. By using RIDE N PLAY, you agree to the policies of these providers:
Google Play Services: Used for app core functionality and updates.
Google Play Billing: Used for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment data is handled securely by Google; we do not store your credit card or financial information.
YouTube API Services: RIDE N PLAY uses YouTube API Services to enable search and playback of video content within the dashboard. By using this app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
OpenStreetMap & Leaflet: Used for map rendering and route calculation.
We offer premium features via Google Play Billing. Your subscription status is stored locally on your device and linked to your Google Play Account. We do not maintain a separate user database for financial transactions.
We prioritize the security of your data. Since your data (like saved routes or ride statistics) remains on your local device storage, its security is tied to your device's security settings. Avoid sharing your device with unauthorized users.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with legal requirements or app updates. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

By downloading or using the Ride N Play application ("The App"), developed by Gargi Studio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Ride N Play is a dashboard helper, not a substitute for attentive driving/riding.
Safety First: Do not interact with the App while the vehicle is in motion if doing so distracts you from the road.
Gargi Voice: We recommend using the "Gargi" Voice Assistant for hands-free control.
Compliance: You must follow all local traffic laws and regulations regarding the use of mobile devices while operating a vehicle.
Gargi Studio and its developers shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, fatalities, or legal penalties (such as traffic fines) resulting from:
The use or misuse of the App while riding or driving.
Distractions caused by the App UI or notifications.
Inaccuracies in GPS speed, maps, or telemetry data.
You use this App at your own risk.
The App provides speed, distance, and mapping data based on your device's GPS and sensors. Environmental factors or hardware limitations may cause data lag or inaccuracies. The App should be used for reference only and should not replace your vehicle's factory-installed speedometer.
Gargi Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any impact these changes may have on your stored ride logs or recordings.
All designs, speedometer styles (Nitro Forge, OLED Crimson, etc.), and the "Gargi Assistant" branding are the intellectual property of Gargi Studio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App's code or assets without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in any dispute arising from these terms.
