Premium Users and Riding Events:
2.1. Ridemates offers a premium membership option where users can create riding events and posts.
2.2. Premium users are solely responsible for the events/posts they create, including the accuracy of events/posts details, safety measures, and any associated costs.
2.3. Ridemates does not assume any liability for the actions, behavior, or conduct of premium users or participants in riding events.
2.4. Premium users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while organizing and participating in riding events.
Joining Riding Events:
3.1. Non-premium users can join riding events organized by premium users.
3.2. Ridemates is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or quality of riding events organized by premium users.
3.3. Participants join riding events at their own risk and should exercise caution and judgment while participating.
3.4. Participants must comply with the rules and guidelines set by the event organizer and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Third-Party Links:
4.1. Ridemates may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Ridemates.
4.2. Ridemates does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or resources.
4.3. You acknowledge and agree that Ridemates is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of third-party websites or resources.
Long Riding Events and Event Companies:
5.1. Ridemates provides a section for long riding events where event companies can list their events.
5.2. Event companies are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, safety measures, and any associated costs.
5.3. Ridemates does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of long riding events listed by event companies.
5.4. Users are responsible for their own participation in long riding events and should exercise caution and judgment.
Location Data and Profile Pictures:
6.1. Ridemates collects and saves users' latitude and longitude to match them with riding events nearby within a 25 km radius.
6.2. The collection and use of location data are subject to our Privacy Policy.
6.3. Users may upload profile pictures to personalize their accounts.
6.4. Users are solely responsible for the content of their profile pictures and must ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property:
7.1. Ridemates retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property.
7.2. Users agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Ridemates' intellectual property without prior written permission.
7.3. Users retain ownership of the content they upload or submit to Ridemates, but grant Ridemates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.
7.4. If you believe that any content on Ridemates infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us promptly with the necessary details for investigation and potential resolution.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
8.1. Ridemates is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8.2. Ridemates does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information or content within the app.
8.3. Users acknowledge and agree to use Ridemates at their own risk, assuming full responsibility for any consequences or damages arising from their use.
Limitation of Liability:
9.1. Ridemates, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or any content within it.
9.2. Ridemates shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participating in riding events, long riding events, or interactions with other users or third-party services accessed through the app.
Modifications and Termination:
10.1. Ridemates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the app or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice.
10.2. Ridemates may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the app after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law:
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of Ridemates shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Objectionable Content and Abusive Users:
12.1. Ridemates has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
12.2. Users are prohibited from posting or engaging in any behavior that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
12.3. Ridemates reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, to address objectionable content or abusive behavior.
