Welcome to Ride Link (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Ride Link mobile application or web application (“Service” or “App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

• By using Ride Link, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and providing/receiving transport services.

2. Overview of the Service

Ride Link enables users to share transportation opportunities. A user with a car (“Driver”) may post a ride they are taking, and another user (“Passenger”) can request to join that ride if the route matches. Payments, if any, are exchanged directly between users, outside the app.

3. User Registration and Account

• All users must register using accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full Name

  • Father’s Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • CNIC

  • Current and Permanent Address

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
  
  

4. Types of Users

• Admin: Platform administrator and moderator.

• Driver: A user who offers rides to others.

• Passenger: A user who joins rides posted by drivers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in:

• Any illegal activity

• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users

• Sharing false or misleading information

• Posting or uploading inappropriate or offensive images or feedback
  
  

6. User Content

• Users may submit images and feedback through the app.

• By submitting content, you grant Ride Link the right to use, display, or remove it as necessary for service functionality or moderation.

• Users retain ownership of their content.
  
  

7. Privacy and Data Use

• We collect user data including name, email, phone, CNIC, addresses, and location.

• Data may be shared with other users (e.g., name, email, and location) for coordinating rides.

• We do not use cookies or third-party trackers.

• Users can view, update, or delete their data via the user dashboard.

8. Payment Disclaimer

• Ride Link does not handle or process any payments.

• All payments are made directly between users, and the app is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or fraud arising from such transactions.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

• All content and branding on Ride Link, including logos, designs, and UI/UX, are the property of MiFab.

• Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute app content without permission.
  
  

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Ride Link is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations.

• MiFab is not liable for:

  • Ride cancellations or no-shows

  • Payment disputes

  • Lost or inaccurate data

  • Third-party conduct

11. Dispute Handling

• Users are encouraged to resolve ride-related disputes among themselves.

• However, serious issues may be reported to the admin team via info@mifab.uk.
  
  

12. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Users will be notified via the app or email for significant changes.

• Continued use of Ride Link after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
