Ricky Lee

Hello! I am a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences at Leipzig, in the Geometry, Groups, and Dynamics group of Anna Wienhard. I recently got my PhD with Darren Long at UC Santa Barbara.

I am broadly interested in geometry and topology. Currently, my research focus is on representation varieties coming from deformations of geometric structures. My work often combines insights from arithmetic, dynamics, geometric group theory, and computer assisted character variety computation.
