Level II Yoga Student Written Work

What Am I Supposed to Do Here?

These are the second series of foundational Exercises of our Yoga Curriculum at ELAC (after the Pre-warmup, Warm-up, and Sun Salutation). Follow-up examinations should reveal that the exercises are correctly instilled in the students you assess. They should be Mastered by the Third (Group) Exam:

MIDTERM (before Spring Break): Week 5 to Week 8 Powerful Pose through Warrior 3 (NEW GROUP)

GROUP PERFORMANCE: Week 9 to Week 12 Staff Pose to Inclined Plane (NEW GROUP)

LEVEL II STUDENTS: This chart, with responses for each individual member of your Group, will fulfill another part of your Writing About yoga Skills obligations, and provide Activity and Participation Points equivalent to the assignments Level I completes in Canvas during this Section of Class (One Module in Canvas, about 20 distributed points).
