Q:Do you take deposits to hold a piece of equipment?
A: Yes. Typically, deposits are 25% of the purchase price + taxes. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Richman Surplus Sales LLC does not offer financing. However, we will be happy to work with you and your bank to provide any information they may need to approve financing.
Q: Do you rent your equipment/vehicles?
A: Due to insurance liabilities, we are unable to rent any equipment or vehicles.
Q: Do you offer delivery and/or shipping?
A: Yes! Richman Surplus Sales LLC can assist with delivery in the local area and works with several brokers for longer distance destinations. Delivery and shipping are additional costs at buyers' expense.
Q: Can I consign my own equipment with you?
A: Yes! Not all equipment is required to be on site; however, it does need to be available to be inspected by interested buyers. Most consignments are a flat 10% fee of the final sales price.
Q:Is there a warranty on my purchases?
A: Richman Surplus Sales LLC makes every effort to ensure each machine is shipped in operational and serviceable condition. Fluids may need to be "topped off" and batteries charged. Machines do not have a warranty, but Richman Surplus Sales LLC will make every effort to ensure a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction. All sales are as-is and final.
Q: Where are you located and what are your hours?
A: Our shop is located at 7392 Highway 75, Pinson, AL 35126. Most transactions are done by appointment by calling or texting Billy Richman at (706) 718-7114. We can accomodate most days and schedules.
