The Brooklyn Community Bail Fund is a New York-chartered charitable bail fund that since 2015 has paid pretrial bail for over 5000 presumptively innocent New Yorkers. Additionally, their daughter program, the New York Immigrant Freedom Fund, has raised and paid over three million dollars in immigration bond to free immigrant New Yorkers from ICE detention and reunite them with their families.
