We hear the word, Networking, often in today’s society. Networking in regards to IT systems and cellular communications is something we hear on a regular basis. In order for one of those networks to perform properly they must be connected in the proper way. Wires need to be connected in a specific manner and signals need to be sent precisely in order for the information and communication to be received where it was intended.
Every organization has areas of need. Some are obvious while others may not be so obvious. The interesting part is that often times the leaders of an organization are often the last to know that there is a need. Some issues develop over time and so those involved in the day to day operations of a business/organization do not see the issues growing.
The greatest tools, systems and strategies are meaningless unless your organization has its people on board. Being on board means having each person performing their best and having a vested interest in the results. Performing their best comes down to getting them right first! When I say getting them “right” I am not talking about radical measures or deep psychological methods.
