PhD in Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, MSc. in Specialized Economic Analysis from Pompeu Fabra University and Lawyer. 

Research Interests: Strategic Management; Corporate Governance & Sustainability; Ethics & Corporate Compliance; Behavioral Law & Economics, Empirical Industrial Organization; Antitrust, Innovation & Market Regulation.

In my research I use theoretical, empirical and computational methods to look at firms behavior matters related to corporate governance, sustainability, competition policy and economic regulation, among others.

Short Bio: I am  professor of Business Strategy, Competition Law & Economics, Industrial Organization and Compliance Management at P. Catholic University of Chile and Adolfo Ibáñez University. I am Professor of the School of Business at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and, Deputy Director at Antitrust Center of P. Catholic University of Chile. 

I have worked for several years as Consultant and Researcher in topics such as Strategic Management, Competition Law & Economics, Economic Regulation, and Compliance.
