These terms and conditions apply to the FileGenie AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Chancey (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code or create derivative versions of the Application. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of the Service Provider.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of:

Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
Unity
Responsibility
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance. You accept responsibility for any data charges incurred from your mobile provider.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.
