This privacy policy applies to the FileGenie AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Chancey (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Location Information: The Application does not collect, use, or share your device's precise geolocation data. While the "Remote Manager" feature may require certain network permissions to display Wi-Fi connection status for FTP services, no coordinate-based location data is processed or transmitted to the Service Provider or any third parties.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like them to delete data you have provided, please contact them at wcxpisces@gmail.com.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
