Riccardo Canossa

I am currently attending the PhD in Legal Studies, curriculum Business and Social Law, at Bocconi University in Milan (started in September 2022) focusing on capital markets regulation, financial regulation, and corporate law.

In October 2022 I graduated 110/110 Summa cum Laude in a 5-year Law program (integrated LLB and LLM) from Bocconi University, with a Thesis titled “Initial Coin Offerings: Regulatory Framework and Challenges in the European Union, the United States, and Singapore”, under Prof. Giovanni Strampelli’s supervision.

In June 2022 I graduated Magna cum Laude in the Cross-border Business and Finance Law LLM offered by the Singapore Management University. There I conducted research on the regulation of Non-Fungible Tokens supervised by Prof. Wei Zhang and Prof. Aurelio Gurrea-Martínez.

I also closely follow Italian politics. Together with other youths, I run a non-partisan political association named Politics Hub. In 2020 we published our first book, “Dove punta la Bussola: Coordinate Economiche per un Mondo che cambia” (“Where the Compass points: Economic Coordinates for a Changing World”), written with Prof. Andrea Beltratti, Prof. Carlo Cottarelli, Prof. Francesco Daveri, Prof. Alberto Mingardi, Prof. Dolly Predovic, and Prof. Federico Visconti.
