Ricardo’s educational journey began in the Ventura Unified School District. His academic achievements include graduating from Rio Mesa High School with a diploma and furthering his education at Oxnard College, where he earned an Associate of Arts degree.
Having spent most of his life in Oxnard, California, Ricardo brings a deep understanding of the local community to his work. His roots in Oxnard shape his professional endeavors and fuel his passion for creating positive change.
