Purpose: To show the nearest Riaz Bakers outlet and to enable accurate order delivery.

Permission: Location access is optional. You can disable it anytime via your device settings, though delivery features may be limited.

1.3 Address Information

• City

• Area / Neighbourhood

• Full delivery address

Purpose: Required to process and deliver your orders to the correct location.

1.4 Usage & Device Data

• Device type and operating system

• IP address

• App usage patterns (pages visited, time spent)

• Unique device identifiers

Purpose: To improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand how our service is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management – to register and manage your user account

• Order processing – to accept, confirm, and deliver your bakery orders

• Delivery routing – to find your nearest outlet and deliver to your address

• Customer support – to respond to your queries and complaints

• Account data: retained while your account is active + up to 24 months after closure

• Order history: up to 24 months for customer support and legal purposes

• Location data: not stored permanently; used in real-time during active sessions only

• Usage/device data: up to 24 months for security and performance monitoring

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement commercially reasonable security measures including:
