EDITORIAL COMMENT
The focus of RIASS is to bring together scholars in various parts of the world (both national and international) in the field of Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities and other related field of academic study to provide forum for critical and analytical discourse.
The present volume contains well researched reviews, thought, ideas, viewpoints, empirical studies, analytical discourse and scholastic positions and submissions in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and allied field. It is in fact, extensive research in the field of Economics, Geography, Islamic Studies, Social Studies, Christian Religious Studies as well as Vocational and Technical education. RIASS also welcomes contributions from scholars in other disciplines, particularly if such articles give adequate recipes for educational and societal development.
We use medium to thank our various subscribers both near and far as their contributions have hone these publications.
Our immense Appreciation goes to the management of School of Arts and Social Sciences, under the able leadership of Dr. M. I. Oyatowo, our past deans, our elders as well as our colleagues for given an enabling environment for the success of this edition, we thank you all.
