Rhythm of Hope was established in 2023 with the sole purpose of instilling hope and creativity in underserved children through the art of dance. Our founders, both lifelong dancers themselves, believe that no child should be denied the joys of dance regardless of their socio-economic situation.
Research
Studies show that dancing helps reduce stress, increases levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin, and helps develop new neural connections, especially in regions involved in executive function, long-term memory, and spatial recognition. Furthermore, dnce provides exceptional experiences and joy that all children should be able to experience, regardless of their socio-economic status. That’s why we started Rhythm For Hope. We are dedicated to doing our part to insure that no child doesn’t get to experience the joy of dance, regardless of whatever their imposition may be.
