Device Information: We may collect info such as device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and bug reporting.
Media Files: To allow you to save and export your beats, the App requires access to your device’s storage. We do not access your private photos or videos.
Microphone Access: If you use the recording feature, the App will request microphone access. Audio recorded is processed locally on your device unless you choose to export/share it.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services: For app updates and core functionality.
Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand how users interact with the rhythm tools.
AdMob (if applicable): To serve advertisements.
3. Cookies and Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
PART 2: DISCLAIMER
1. "As-Is" Basis
RhythmLab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the app, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Data Loss
Making music is hard work! However, RhythmLab is not responsible for any loss of data, projects, or audio files. We strongly recommend that users regularly back up their exported tracks and project files to external cloud storage or other devices.
3. Copyright & Samples
Built-in Sounds: The sound samples provided in RhythmLab are licensed for use within your musical compositions. However, you may not sell or redistribute these samples as individual files or "sample packs."
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create. RhythmLab is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of unlicensed third-party samples imported into the App.
4. Professional Results
While we provide the tools, we do not guarantee that using RhythmLab will lead to commercial success or specific "professional" audio standards. The quality of the final output depends on user skill and device hardware.
