1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RhythmLab Beat Maker Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.
3. User-Generated Content (Your Beats)
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the musical compositions and beats you create using RhythmLab.
License to Us: By using the App, you grant RhythmLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services (e.g., saving your projects to the cloud).
Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any samples or sounds you import into the App do not violate any third-party copyrights.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its interface, sound libraries, code, and original samples provided by RhythmLab, are the property of RhythmLab and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App’s internal sound banks as standalone files.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro Version: Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security features.
Distribute the built-in sound samples as your own "sample packs" for sale.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
RhythmLab is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that your data (projects) will never be lost. We recommend backing up your projects regularly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhythmLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
