Online booking is handled by Noterro. A widely used and safe Canadian company that is a favorite among clinicians to help us stay organized.
It is preferred that you handle booking through Noterro, as it makes it much easier for me to run my business independently. However, if you're unable to figure it out, feel free to email or text, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are going to be late, a text is appreciated. If there is time remaining (No less than 30 minutes), we may be able to use the remaining time; otherwise, it will result in a cancellation, as I can not run into the next patient's time slot. 50% of the scheduled service fee may apply. I always try to be accommodating.

Providing less than 24 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule will result in a 50% deduction fee of the scheduled service. This time slot is reserved just for you, so please be mindful.

Not showing up for your appointment with no attempt to contact means you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service.
But with all of that being said, I do understand life happens, and I will always take your situation into account.
