Is the event dog friendly? While we love our furry friends, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this event. If you're staying overnight, we can work with you on this.
Will there be water stations and bathrooms? Yes, we will have water stations at the event, as well as indoor bathrooms and/or Porta Potties.
Is the event kid friendly? Yes, absolutely! We are parents ourselves and enjoy bringing our kiddos along on some of our own musical adventures. Children 6 and under are free and there are discounted passes available for youth 7-12.
Will there be activities for my kids? We plan to have a kid-friendly area of the event space for games, crafts, warming up with hot chocolate, etc. Additionally, there is a lot of outdoor space for your little ones to frolic about in the forest. Don't forget to pack snow gear so your little stays warm!
Will there be food? Yes, we plan to have two food trucks with kid friendly options, as well as a coffee and dessert truck.
Will there be a full bar? Yes, we will have a full bar available for those 21 and older. Additionally, food trucks and the bar will have NA beverages.
Will there be a shuttle to and from Whitefish? Yes! There will be a FREE shuttle (with purchase of a ticket) available with the schedule posted on the main page. The shuttle will pick up at the Pin and Cue and go up to Star Meadows Ranch and back. Check home page for shuttle schedule. We highly encourage you to use the free shuttle.

Can I bring my own food and beverages? Out of respect for our vendors who will be available, we ask that you support our food trucks and bar vendor - thank you!
Do you have cell coverage or wifi out there? No, there is not cell coverage and while wifi is available in some of the main buildings, please do not depend on this. In the event of an emergency, there are landlines and wifi in the main buildings.
How will we show our ticket if there is not wifi? We will have a list at will call the day of the event of all those that purchased tickets and will just need to see your ID to confirm your attendance into the event.
