Get Ready for a RYTHM Night!

RYTHM is the official annual cultural festival of JECRC University, where art, culture, talent, and creativity come alive. 

With electrifying performances, competitive events, exhibitions, workshops, and star-studded nights — RYTHM is the biggest cultural celebration of the year.  

🚨General Rules & Code of Conduct

1. All participants and attendees must carry their college ID cards at all times.

2.Entry inside the fest venues will be permitted only with an official entry pass/registration proof.

3. Students must adhere to the schedule and event timings strictly. Late entries may not be entertained.

4. Maintain discipline, decorum, and respectful behaviour with coordinators, guests, and staff.

5. Any form of misconduct, harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate disqualification and disciplinary action.

6. Damage to campus property or equipment is strictly prohibited. Students will be held accountable for intentional damage.

🎻Event Participation Rules:

1. Participants must register for events before the deadline. On-spot registration is allowed only if specified.

2. Students should report to the venue at least 15-20 minutes before their event.

3. Participants must follow the rules, time limits, and judging criteria of the respective event.

4. Decision of judges and event heads will be final and binding.

5.  No participant is allowed to switch categories or teams after final registration unless approved by coordinators.
