Registration/ Dates to Remember

Process of Registering for Rhythm 2021:

1. Log in to the Website https://erp.iitkgp.ac.in/CEP/courses.htm

2. Sign up with all the required information.

3. Click on the verification link (sent to your email address)

4. Fill-up only the * marked (required) details and proceed.

5. From the Conference section select “International Conference cum Workshop on Rhythm of Happiness (Programme ID:IIT/CEP/CON/CON/2020-2021/RX/119)” and click on "APPLY NOW" to Register yourself.

6. After confirmation of your Registration from our end, you will see a button “Pay Course Fee” in your Account.

7. Pay the requisite fees using any mode of Online Payment.

8. After completing the Registration Process, please fill up the following Registration form, with your personal and transaction details:

9. Please note that we have a policy of ONE REGISTRATION PER PAPER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION IS 06.12.2021

N.B.

1. At least one of the authors must register for the symposium.

2. The paper(s) received without the registration fee will not be included in the conference program/ journal publication.

3. The Registration Fee covers participation in the International Conference cum Workshop on Rhythm in Happiness (ICRH-2021), symposium kit, certificate, refreshments etc.

Take Note :

For a delegate to be considered as a student :

1. She/he must be currently enrolled in a U.G.(Bachelor's)/P.G.(Master's)/M.Phil. program in her/his affiliated institution.

2. The registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid student ID or by an official letter signed by the student’s supervisor or head of the department. Students shall be asked to provide the ID or the letter during the registration process. If no proof is delivered, the fee is raised to the regular fee.

Submission of Full Paper: 15th October, 2021
