Speakers only need to bring their presentation on a USB stick. Each session will last 60 minutes and each speaker is allowed up to 30 minutes for their presentation (We suggest 20/25 minutes for presentation to allow 5/10 mins for questions/discussion).

Those presenting posters will need to print and bring along your poster - poster stands etc ... will be provided.

Each poster presentation has been allocated with a member of our faculty to be a kind of `mentor'. The idea is that the faculty member would spend around 10 mins or so with you to go through your poster and give comments/feedback etc … – this will happen for all posters simultaneously about 25/30 mins into the lunch break. All other conference participants are free to walk around and listen to any posters you want to during this time. The allocation of poster presentations to faculty members is listed in the table below:
