Q. Are the products properly sanitized? Yes, products will be disinfected and, if hand-delivered, by handled with gloves. However, please consider further sanitization for ensured safety.

Q. What materials are products made of? Flags are made of 100% polyester, and rubber bracelets are made of 100% industrial-strength polished silicone. Because bracelets are handmade, materials can vary. Please contact for more information.

Q. How will products be delivered? Delivery method will vary depending on the item! Due to shipping costs, flags and rubber bracelets must be hand-delivered to your doorstep. All other items (any stickers, handmade bracelets, necklaces) can either be hand-delivered or sent by mail. The method of delivery will be up to the club member fulfilling your order!

Q. Can people living outside of Ridgewood order products? It depends; due to shipping costs, flags and rubber bracelets cannot be delivered outside of Ridgewood. Stickers, handmade bracelets and necklaces can be mailed at a very low price, allowing shipment outside of Ridgewood.

Q. Is there a way to receive products in a discreet way? While we can wrap products to conceal the content inside, we cannot guarantee what happens to the product after it is left in your mailbox or on your doorstep. While we can follow certain requests, we do have certain limits. If you need some extra protection from prying eyes in receiving these products, be sure to inform us in the notes of your order form about what you would like us to do, and we will be in contact with you!
