Because RHPlus is an RH management application, we may collect the following types of data locally or via Firebase:

- Personal Information: First name, last name, date of birth, nationality, gender.

- Employment Information: Job title, qualification, contract type, work time, hiring date, and foreign worker status.

- Media and Documents: Profile pictures and exported PDF files.

- Account Data: If utilizing Firebase Auth, your email address and basic profile information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:

- Present the Application and its contents to HR Administrators.

- Provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.

- Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it (e.g., generating employee/intern reports).

- Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

3. Data Storage & Security

The personal data collected is stored locally on the device (or on secure cloud services like Firebase, depending on your setup). We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users personal information, we will notify you through a notice within the Application.
