What does SportsLife X, Inc. do with my personal/private information?

SportsLife X, Inc. does not share any individual's personal information - it is protected and not sold to other/3rd party companies/affiliates. SportsLife X, Inc. policies prohibit trading customer personal information to others.

Does SportsLife X, Inc. profit from use of my personal information?

SportsLife X, Inc. is strictly held to its privacy policies; as stated, SportsLife X, Inc. does not perform or allow the selling of personal/private information, therefore there is no money to be made by selling personal information to 3rd parties/affiliates.

Can I opt out of SportsLife X disclosing/selling my private info to others outside the facility/organization I am registering under?

Users will not find an "opt out" feature as Facility/Organization management and SportsLife X, Inc. has contractually "opted out" as an organizational default. There is no way for an individual to opt out. There is no selling of personal information and there is a prohibition of trading private information with other organizations.

How do I sign-up/create an account?

Click any of the provided "Support" links found on the Fundraiser web-site shared with you to be directed to a special sign-in page for SportsLife X. Press "Create an Account", create your username/password and input the remaining required information.

How do I make a donation?

Click any of the provided "Support" links found on the Fundraiser web-site shared with you to be directed to a special sign-in page for the organization found on the SportsLife X platform. Once your account is created, you will see a prompt asking for your support - press "Donate Now".

If the prompt is bypassed, you will have to sign back in to make your donation. To do so, the URL is m.sportslifex.com and input your username/password. Once logged in, press "Donate Now" on the prompt or press "Make Donation" from the menu.

How can I share the fundraiser links to get others to donate?

The fundraising organization and SportsLife X, Inc. encourage the sharing of the all fundraisers. Copy and paste the URL for the fundraising web-site and share with friends and family. NOTE: Do not send the link for SportsLife X - share the link for the organization's fundraiser web-site (similar to, https://sites.google.com/view/OrganizationName.com)

To share using the SportsLife X fundraising platform, please follow these very brief steps:

Press "Fundraiser Sharing"

Share using Facebook, Twitter, and Google

Or send an invite to their email by typing in a name and email address - then press "Ask for Donation"

Where does my donation go - who gets it?

The majority of all donations go directly to the fundraising organization. A small portion goes to SportsLife X, Inc. in-order to facilitate the fundraising campaign and operate the platform. The amount received by SportsLife X, Inc. is negotiated prior to the campaign beginning and done-so with the mindset of the fundraising organization having the opportunity to raise as much money as possible.

Can I donate a different amount other than the one assigned?

At this time, we are not able to allow a donation other than the predetermined and programmed amount set-forth by the fundraising organization. There are steps in place to allow an optional amount in the future.

Can I make more than one donation?

Currently, we only allow one donation per account. If an individual would like to make multiple donations, he/she may create additional accounts with a unique username for each. NOTE: If multiple accounts are created in-order to make multiple donations, we recommend using one specific account when accessing the Rewards Program to make purchases and earn cash-back. There are steps in place to allow multiple donations per account.

What is the Rewards Program?

All supporters making a donation receive FREE access to the Organization's Rewards Program. Rewards Program gives access to exclusive cash-back shopping from our National Partners, along with exclusive weekly and monthly discounts. Cash-back percentages vary by company.

How do I access the Rewards Program on my mobile device, PC, and laptop?

ONLY after your account has been created and donation is made, log-in using your username and password to M.SPORTSLIFEX.COM to access your Organization's Rewards Program. Press "Affiliate Discounts". NOTE: Currently, we ask all individuals to access the Rewards program using the mobile URL of m.sportslifex.com - even if using a laptop or PC.

How does the National online brand know I am eligible for cash-back amounts?

All online stores MUST BE ACCESSED USING THE LINKS FOUND ON THE SPORTSLIFE X PLATFORM. There are no online codes to enter, the link provided in the SportsLife X platform for each National online brand contains cookies which enable cash-back eligibility.

Does each company offer the same cash-back amount?

No, each specific National Brand has a negotiated percentage for customer cash-back amounts. The specific cash-back percentage for each company is listed in the description found when viewing the Rewards Program National Partners ("Affiliate Discounts").

Who receives the cash-back amounts?

You do! The person making the purchase from any of our National Partners is the person who receives the cash-back. It's the organization's 'thank you' for showing your support for them. In the future, you will be able to re-donate a cash-back amount directly to the fundraising organization.

Does access to the Rewards Program expire?

A donation gives access to one (1) year of eligibility into the Organization's Rewards Program (starting on date of donation).

Are there any limitations on usage?

All donations allow for unlimited access to the National Brands and online shopping for the entire year (starting on date of donation).

Other important information regarding online discounts/rewards/rebates:

• The sponsors and advertisers you see have negotiated the discounts specifically for [Facility Name] customers; therefore, all items must be purchased via the link found in your SportsLife X offer. If you visit a certain merchant by typing their web address into your browser, a Google search, or access their site any other way aside from the link provided in the offer – you will not receive the discount.

• If items are placed in your “cart” using a SportsLife X offer link, but you leave and intend to make the purchase at a later time – you must still access the site and your “cart” via the link in the offer.

• To be safe – always access a sponsors’ site via the link in the SportsLife X ad.

Are there any hidden fees/costs to an individual or organization for participating and/or operating a fundraising campaign using the SportsLife X, Inc. platform?

No, there are zero hidden fees/costs to an individual or organization. The only payments being made through the SportsLife X, Inc. fundraising platform are donations made to the organization.

How do I redeem my cash-back rewards?

When taking advantage of a discount providing you a rebate/cashback reward, the amount owed from the merchant to you is paid directly to SportsLife X, and will be deposited into YOUR own personal account titled My Rebates.

Rebates become redeemable once they eclipse the $25 mark, at which time the rebate will be paid to you in one of two ways (once you make it known you would like to redeem your rebates):

A credit is issued to the credit card used to make your donation

You can also request to receive a paper check

All rebates are tracked and organized in your My Rebates account

Affiliated sponsors send SportsLife X, Inc. the rebates once the return period for the purchase has expired
