Presentation Guidelines
Please find the information below to help you prepare for your presentation.
Additional details, including the Ignite slide submission procedure, will be announced on this website in due course.
Invited Talks
Each talk is allocated 40 minutes, including:
30 minutes for the presentation
10 minutes for Q&A
Oral Presentations
Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, including:
15 minutes for the presentation
5 minutes for Q&A
Ignite Presentations
Each presentation is allocated 5 minutes.
Please prepare no more than 6 slides in 4:3 aspect ratio.
The first slide must include the presentation title, presenter's name, and affiliation.
Presentation slides must be submitted in advance and will be displayed by the organizing committee during the session.
Ignite presenters are welcome to present a poster as well, if they wish.
Poster Presentations
Poster must be within A0 in portrait orientation (841 mm x 1189 mm).
Please note that landscape (horizontal) A0 posters may not be accommodated due to limited display space.
Pleae print your poster and bring it to the workshop venue.
Posters can be displayed from 28th August, and the poster session will be held on 29th August.
