Clear Bag Policy for Richmond Hill Athletics Events:
To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, Richmond Hill Athletics has implemented a Clear Bag Policy for all events held at our facilities. Starting [date of implementation], the following guidelines will be in effect:
1. Allowed Bags:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" in size.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags.
- Small clutch bags or purses not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap.
2. Prohibited Bags:
- Backpacks, large purses, and duffel bags.
- Tinted or colored bags that hinder visibility.
- Non-transparent bags or containers of any kind.
- Oversized or framed bags.
3. Personal Items:
Guests are allowed to bring personal items such as keys, wallets, and cell phones. These items may be carried separately but will be subject to inspection upon entry.
4. Unopened Water Bottles:
Unopened water bottles are acceptable and encouraged for each person. To stay hydrated during the event, attendees may bring one unopened water bottle per person.
5. Screening Process:
All bags and personal items are subject to inspection by security personnel at the entry gates. To expedite the process, we encourage attendees to use clear bags and have them ready for inspection.
6. Exceptions:
Approved media representatives and other personnel with specific event-related duties may be exempt from the Clear Bag Policy but will still undergo security checks.
Richmond Hill Athletics prioritizes the safety of our fans, athletes, and staff. By adhering to this Clear Bag Policy, we can collectively enhance the security measures in place and focus on enjoying the excitement of our athletic events. Turn right onto US Highway 17/US-17 N/GA-25. Continue to follow US-17 N/GA-25. Merge onto Abercorn St/GA-204.Turn right onto Eisenhower Dr. Turn left onto Seawright Dr. Benedictine Military School, 6502 SEAWRIGHT DR is on the right.
Bluffton
Games played at Olvey Field 315 W General Stewart Wy, Hinesville, Ga
Take I-17 South and go right onto Hwy 196. Continue until stoplight and turn right onto Hwy 84 Oglethorpe Hwy. Go right at light on Gen. Screven Way and the stadium is on the left about half a mile up.
Games at Glynn County Stadium, 291 Community Action Drive, Brunswick, Ga
I 95 South to the Golden Isles Pkwy exit and go left, follow hwy 25 until it merges with Hwy 17 and turn right. 4th street is the first right off of Hwy 17. Turn right onto 4th Street and proceed until you see the police/fire station on the right. The stadium is behind the police station.
Games played at high school stadium, 6300 Laurel Island Pkwy, Kingsland, GA
Take I-95 south to exit 6. Then turn left over freeway, proceed 1 mile, high school is on the right. Continue past the school and take a right on the access road behind the school (will have BLUE paw prints on it).
Games played at the School, 1589 GA-119, Springfield, GA
Take I-95 North to Exit 109 (hwy 21) and turn left. Continue for 16 miles to Ga. 119 and turn left. Continue 2 miles and the school will be on the left.
