Important information for Alumni & Guests

We are so excited to celebrate 10 years of God’s faithfulness with our Ravens Hope family! To help make the celebration smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following information.

Registration & Cancellation

Your registration is confirmed and final once you have signed up to attend.

Because we make arrangements based on the number of confirmed guests, including meals, seating, venue, and event preparation, cancellations may result in costs that have already been committed.

If you are unable to attend after registering, we kindly ask that you make a $50 donation to Ravens Hope Cambodia to help cover the cost of your reserved place.

Thank you for understanding and helping us responsibly steward the resources provided for this celebration.

Please Arrive on Time

Your time is precious and valuable, and so is everyone else's.

We kindly encourage all guests to arrive on time so that we can begin the celebration smoothly and make the most of our time together.

We encourage you to come early and enjoy fellowship before the program begins.

Information Desk

Upon arrival, please visit the Information Desk at the entrance.

Our team will be ready to help you:

Check your name on the guest list
Find your assigned table
Provide event information
Assist with any questions

Early Arrival Snacks & Capture the Memories

Light snacks and refreshments will be available for our early arrivals while you enjoy fellowship and prepare for the program.

There will be opportunities to take photos and create special memories with fellow Ravens alumni, friends, and guests.

Come early, connect with old friends, meet new ones, and capture the joy of this special milestone!
