Coaches

Head Coach: Tim Guernsey 

Coach Guernsey is a physical education and health teacher at RHAM High School, as well as the volleyball coach of 24 years. On 10/3/2022 Guernsey accrued his 400th career win, with an overall record of 400 - 58, with 18 of those losses being in his first year as coach back in 2003. He has led his team to win 10 total state championships in: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, 2023

Assistant Coach/JV Coach: Jen Holcomb

Jen played volleyball at Coventry High School for legendary coach, Matthew Hurlock. Jen continued to play in college, playing club volleyball at UCONN until sustaining a career-ending injury. Jen returned to coach volleyball at Coventry High School. Jen is a chemistry teacher at RHAM High School. This is Jen's fourth year as assistant coach at RHAM Volleyball.

Assistant Coach: Lauren Delissio

Lauren is a RHAM volleyball alum, graduated in 2017. She is a 2016 Class L State Champion. Lauren went on to play libero at University of Southern Maine. Lauren is now a registered nurse at Hartford Hospital. This is Lauren's fifth year as an assistant coach at RHAM Volleyball.

Assistant Coach: Katie Shea

Katie is a RHAM volleyball alum, graduated in 2018. She is a 2016 & 2017 volleyball class L State Champion and RHAM basketball Class L State Champion 2018. Katie graduated from Seton Hall University and is now a registered nurse at Hartford Hospital. This is Katie's fourth year as an assistant coach at RHAM Volleyball.
