At RG Foundations, our program offers a well-rounded, year-round educational enrichment experience designed to support home education students through individualized, small-group instruction. Using specially designed curriculums and assessment tools, we provide developmentally appropriate enrichment across core subject areas, including:

Daily Courses 

• Language Arts- Students build foundational literacy skills through guided reading, phonics, and vocabulary activities that support independent communication and comprehension at home.

• Mathematics-Hands-on math instruction emphasizes real-life applications like counting, measuring, and number recognition to support functional skills used in daily routines.

• Science & Social Studies- Thematic lessons introduce students to the natural world and their communities, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and connections to everyday experiences.

• Computer Skills- Students practice basic technology use, digital safety, and interactive learning platforms to build independence in navigating home and school tools.

• Social and Emotional Learning- Daily practice of emotional identification, coping strategies, and social interactions equips students with the tools needed for positive relationships and regulation at home and in the community.
  
  

Weekly Courses

• Cooking- Functional cooking activities teach sequencing, safety, and self-help skills that directly support independence at home.

• Music- Music sessions enhance listening, rhythm, and expressive communication while fostering joy, creativity, and shared experiences.

• Physical Education- Movement-based activities build coordination, body awareness, and stamina while supporting sensory regulation and healthy routines.

• Art- Creative art projects provide sensory input, fine motor practice, and a means of self-expression that can be extended into home activities.

Students participate in a structured daily schedule (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM), which includes morning meeting with peers, individual instruction, group instruction, sensory movement 

Our instructional model is delivered in a 1:1 or 3:2 ratio, allowing for individualized attention and differentiated learning. Each student has an Individualized Enrichment Plan to support growth in areas such as communication, social skills, and functional independence.

Learning is theme-based, with community outings to help students practice real-world applications of the skills learned in the group setting. Progress is monitored through daily goal tracking and weekly parent communication, ensuring families stay informed and engaged in their child’s development.
