Hoodie Project Description:
Distressed Hoodie Design. A premium hooded sweatshirt featuring a relaxed fit silhouette, adjustable drawstring hood, and front pocket. Developed with accurate digital pattern making and realistic 3D garment visualization. Constructed from 350 GSM Cotton Terry fabric for superior comfort, durability, and a premium look. Rib-knit cuffs and bottom hem provide a secure fit and excellent shape retention. Ideal for casual wear, streetwear, sportswear, and fashion collections.

Workflow
Design Concept & Reference
Collected design inspiration and defined the distressed hoodie concept.
Technical Flat Sketch
Created front and back technical flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator.
Digital Pattern Making
Developed accurate 2D patterns in CLO 2D, including the front, back, sleeves, hood, pocket, cuffs, and waistband.
Garment Assembly
Sewed and assembled all pattern pieces in CLO 3D.
3D Fit & Fabric Simulation
Applied fabric properties, evaluated garment fit, drape, and construction, and refined the silhouette.
Distressed Texture Development
Designed faded, washed, and distressed effects using Adobe Photoshop and applied them to the 3D garment.
Final Rendering
Generated high-quality 3D renders from multiple angles for presentation and client review.
Production-Ready Files
Prepared factory-ready pattern files, technical documentation, and final presentation assets.
