There will be no hidden fees. Unless guests have extra requests for additional services, there might be extra charges incurred.

We provide 1 complimentary parking space for guests. Any additional vehicles parked within the building require a ticket and will incur charges. The daily parking rate is RM3.00 for the first 3 hours and RM1.00 for each subsequent hour.

Online bookings do not require a deposit. However, a RM200 deposit is mandatory for offline bookings made directly with us.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day. If available, these requests will incur a charge of RM30 per hour.

No pets are allowed in the apartment.

6. Can you arrange cribs or extra beds for kids?

We do not provide cribs or baby beds. However, extra beds are available upon request for an additional fee. These consist of a floor mattress equipped with bedding, including a comforter, pillow, and sheets.
