We will never directly collect data like your emails, phone number, or contact details. however, we may collect certain in‑game data, including the username you choose to enter, your Roostercoin currency balance, character outfits/armor, character level, and the total number of minutes you have played.
Your playtime is not visible to other users and is only collected by the developer.
Any information you voluntarily provide when creating a username, clan name, description or using in‑game chat may be visible to other players and to the developer.
Information you provide in a player report is only visible to the developer. Your username will be included in the player report.
Your password (if provided by you) is not shown publicly. The password is encrypted to ensure your in-game account is safe.
Your username is used to identify you in‑game and authenticate your connection to multiplayer services. Your character outfit/armor is used to identify in-game and is also used for cosmetics. Your RoosterCoin balance is required for gameplay features and leaderboard rankings and is shown publicly as part of normal game functionality. Your playtime is used for moderation purposes. Your clan name is used to display publicly to other players to determine what clan you're in and for in-game functionality (teaming). Your clan description is only visible to invited members and the developer to display information. These groups of data are required for game functionality, cosmetics, moderation, and in-game user identification.
Your player report information is required to give us details about inappropriate content from another user.
Your password is used to download your game data and for security purposes. Passwords are typically entered when enabling online saving, loading an online save or changing the password. Your password will always be encrypted on the server side.
We try our best to ensure your data is secured on the server. We cannot promise that data is 100% safe, but we put full effort to ensure your data is handled responsibly. Please use caution when sharing data online!
Third-party services protect your collected data according to their own privacy policies. Our third-party services use industry standard security practices to ensure the data sent is encrypted and safe.
Your username, armor/outfit, level, and RoosterCoins are stored in the leaderboard for as long as your account remains active. This information is used only for gameplay functionality, leaderboard accuracy, and moderation. Usernames are chosen by players and should not include real names or personal information. When accounts are deleted, the clan they own will also be deleted if they have one.
Third-party providers may keep their collected data according to their privacy policies.
Deleting the app or resetting your data does not delete your account off the servers!
If you want the developer to remove your account, owned clan and leaderboard stats, you may contact us at: sandboxgungungaming@gmail.com and provide proof that you own that username via in-game connect menu using pictures or video.
Your reports will be removed after we finish analyzing them and are no longer needed. Your reports are only visible to the developer.
If you want to delete the clan you created you simply leave it and it will be removed.
Photon Engine (Multiplayer)
Photon Engine may automatically process your Internet Protocol (IP) address, limited device information, and connection statistics as needed to establish and maintain multiplayer functionality. Photon handles this data according to their own privacy policy.
