Terms and Conditions

• Service Availability: The laundromat operates during specified hours as posted. Any changes to operating hours will be communicated in advance.

• Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, and EFT as forms of payment.

• Equipment Usage: Customers are responsible for properly operating the machines and ensuring they are used for their intended purpose. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

• Lost Items: The laundromat is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left unattended. Customers are advised to promptly pick up their laundry upon text of pick up..

• Cleanliness: Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness in the facility and dispose of any trash properly. Any deliberate damage or vandalism will result in legal action.

• Security: The laundromat is equipped with security cameras for the safety of customers and the facility. Any suspicious activities will be reported to the authorities.

• Liability: The laundromat is not liable for any personal injury, theft, or damage to property that may occur on the premises.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the management and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

• Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other patrons. Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

• Regulations: Customers are required to comply with all posted regulations and instructions provided by staff members.

• Maintenance: The laundromat reserves the right to temporarily close for maintenance and repairs. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

• Feedback: We welcome feedback and suggestions from customers to improve our services. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or recommendations.
