QUALITY CONTROL

Since we deal in foods, we are always eager to stay updated with all the modern innovations in quality control procedures/systems in order to maintain the standard of the quality of our produce. We do this by working closely with our suppliers and checking them and availing them with all the necessary information to ensure safe agriculture practices. We work with many health professionals, in order to ensure the safety of the produce. Our pack house which follows a number of set regulations like; Perishable Cargo regulations (PCR), Uganda ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and fisheries (MAAIF), among others to ensure efficiency through the use of traceability systems which monitor our produce from plantation, arrival at the pack house, inspection till the shipment arrives to its final destination to guarantee an ideal quality.

Three inspections are carried out at our pack house before the produce is loaded on to trucks to the port of export.
