To create a ticket: click the “RAC IT Helpdesk” icon on any campus computer desktop. When filling out the ticket, be sure to select “IT Support Ticket” as the type of ticket. If you do not have access to a campus computer, please call or use email instead.
The IT Department reserves each Sunday from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for network maintenance. Network and computer services may be unavailable at any time during this period so users should consider this before beginning any online testing or other critical process. The third Friday of the month from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. is also downtime for MyRAC.
