This privacy policy applies to the RexFlaps 404 app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Gladiol Studios (the "Application"). Gladiol Studios is referred to below as the "Service Provider."

When you use the Application, we may collect: your device's IP address; the pages of the Application you visit, along with the time, date, and duration of your visits; your total time spent using the Application; and your mobile operating system.
The Application and its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using any non-essential tracking technologies.
The Application collects your device's approximate location to power location-based features, improve the app, and support related services. This may include geolocation services used to provide location-based features or content, aggregated location data to help us understand usage patterns and improve performance, and sharing with third-party services that support the Application's functionality, always subject to this policy and applicable law.

We may use the information you provide to send important notices and, where legally permitted, marketing communications. For a better experience, we may also collect certain identifiers, including your Advertising ID, which is handled as described throughout this policy.
We only periodically share aggregated, anonymized data with external services to help us improve the Application. Beyond that, we may share your information with third parties in the ways outlined in this policy.
We (or our third-party service providers) may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. You can stop the Application from collecting further information at any time by uninstalling it. Keep in mind that uninstalling won't automatically delete data already sent to us or to third parties — to request that, email gladiolstudios@gmail.com.
Data you've provided directly is kept for as long as you use the Application, plus 12 months, unless the law requires longer. Data collected automatically is kept for up to 24 months, unless the law requires longer. Aggregated, anonymized data is kept indefinitely, since it no longer identifies you. Data needed for legal compliance is kept for as long as the law requires.
You can request deletion of your data at any time (subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it) by emailing gladiolstudios@gmail.com. Note that some data may be necessary for the Application to work properly.
To delete your personal data or account, email gladiolstudios@gmail.com. We'll process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law, and once we've verified your identity, we'll delete your data from our systems — except where we're legally required or have a legitimate business reason to keep it.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you're between 13 and the age of digital consent in your country (which can be as high as 16 in some parts of the European Economic Area), please use the Application with a parent or guardian's involvement where local law requires it.
If we discover that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we'll delete it from our systems right away. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, please reach out to gladiolstudios@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
We're committed to protecting your information and use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to keep the data we process and store secure.

When we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy with a new effective date, and where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent before those changes take effect. Where we rely on your consent to process data, you give that consent by opting in to the relevant feature or action, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything processed before the withdrawal. Where we rely on other legal grounds, we process data as described above.
