I believe true healing begins when the mind and body work together. My sessions combine Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness to help you release emotional blocks, manage anxiety, and reconnect with your sense of calm and purpose about yourself. You can include a list of your skills, current job title, or future career goals.
My clients come from all walks of life—students, professionals, parents, and retirees—each seeking clarity, peace, or a sense of renewal. What unites them is a desire to understand their own minds and create meaningful change from within.
My professional journey began at the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where I completed my master’s degree in Psychology and an internship working with parents of children on the autism spectrum. It was there that I learned the deep connection between communication, emotion, and behavior—and how understanding that connection can open the door to healing.
Over the years, my work has expanded beyond traditional work into Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). My experience in both academic and real-world settings has shaped my belief that true transformation occurs when the conscious and subconscious mind work together.
Today, I integrate these evidence-based methods with mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients release anxiety, self-doubt, and stress—empowering them to reclaim balance and inner peace.
