Welcome to Rewardsgram (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

Users currently sign in using Google OAuth authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your Google account

• All activities performed through your account

• Ensuring your account information remains accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

3. Rewards Program

The Platform allows users to upload eligible shopping receipts from participating partner stores to earn reward points.

Reward points:

• Have no direct cash value unless explicitly stated

• May be subject to expiration

• May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time

• Are issued only after successful verification of receipts

We reserve the right to reject any receipt submission at our sole discretion.

4. Receipt Upload Rules

By uploading receipts, you confirm that:

• The receipt belongs to you

• The purchase was legally made

• The receipt is genuine and unaltered

• The same receipt has not been submitted multiple times

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading fake, edited, or manipulated receipts

• Duplicate submissions

• Attempting to exploit reward calculations

• Uploading receipts belonging to others without authorization

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the Platform

Violation may result in:

• Removal of reward points

• Account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Legal action where applicable

5. Partner Stores

Partner stores are independent businesses participating in the rewards network.

We are not responsible for:

• Product quality

• Pricing disputes

• Refunds or returns

• Store-level customer service issues

All purchase-related disputes must be resolved directly with the respective partner store.

6. User Content

Receipt images and related submissions uploaded by users remain the responsibility of the user.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to:

• Store the content

• Process and verify receipts

• Use data for fraud prevention and rewards management

• Improve platform functionality

• Analyze the receipt data for business purposes

Users must not upload:

• Illegal content

• Offensive or abusive material

• Malware or harmful files

• Content violating third-party rights

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected and used.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability.

We may:

• Modify features

• Temporarily suspend services

• Perform maintenance

• Update or discontinue parts of the Platform without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewardsgram LLP shall not be liable for:

• Loss of reward points

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Unauthorized account access

• Technical failures or delays

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including logos, branding, software, text, and designs are owned by Rewardsgram LLP or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute platform content

• Reverse engineer the application

• Use our branding without permission

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraud or abuse

• Harm the Platform or other users

• Attempt unauthorized access or misuse

Users may also stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted within the Platform or website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
